The facade proposal for a new educational center in the industrial zone of Vizbegovo is designed with careful consideration.This three-story building is notable for its distinctive features, including vertical grooves and a uniform window arrangement on all sides. These design elements serve the purpose of effectively managing natural light within the interior spaces.
To further enhance the aesthetics and functionality, a semi-transparent pergola is employed to provide delicate shading at the entrance and on the rooftop terrace. In contrast to the vertical lines and window openings, a horizontal wooden motif is introduced to create a sense of balance and harmony. Simultaneously, it ensures that the structure stands out as an appealing and prominent landmark for visitors.
